Visit timers
Every admission starts a visit timer. The live floor sorts every child by time left, so the counter always knows who’s next.
Check-in and waivers
Sign once and it’s on the child’s record, so every visit and membership finds it. When a waiver is missing or out of date, the counter offers signing on the spot instead of a dead end.
Scan a keychain or look a family up by phone, email or a child’s name. Jumpstead checks membership, visits left and each child’s waiver, and checks in only the children who are good to go, with the reason shown for anyone who isn’t.
Write your own waiver or start from ours. Parents sign on the counter iPad, from a text link on their own phone, or on your website before they book. Publish a new version and Jumpstead tracks who needs to re-sign.
On the floor
The moments that matter most in a play place happen away from the payment screen: at the door, in the toddler zone, after a fall. Jumpstead covers those too.
At the door, scan the family’s pass and their children come up. Anyone collecting a child who isn’t one of the family’s own or listed adults needs a manager’s OK and a reason, and every release is recorded.
A first-aid report on the iPad, a copy emailed to the parent, the opening safety check each morning, and an insurer pack in one download.
Sensory, quiet and under-4s sessions with their own cap, ages and adults per child. The dashboard shows who’s supervising and warns before you’re over your staffing ratio.
When the internet drops, the iPad keeps checking members in, signing waivers, selling admissions for cash and checking children out. It all syncs when the connection is back.

Design a plan and see the card your families will see. Billing runs through Stripe, and a failed payment shows up at the counter instead of hiding for months.
Parties, classes and booking
Same households, same waivers, same care profiles. A party guest who comes back for open play is already on file, and a child in Tuesday’s class has the care profile the counter sees on Saturday.
Rooms and whole-venue bookings with a deposit up front, a party page where guests RSVP and sign their waivers, kitchen and host sheets on the day, and balance reminders sent for you.
